Beyond the classroom

By any measure, Kaduna Preparatory School is one of the foremost centre of academic excellence in Kaduna State. Our aim is not simply to achieve academic excellence in the state but in the country by nurturing well-rounded students with strong values, an enjoyment of learning and resilience to embrace any challenge.

We believe that one of the best ways to achieve this is to provide a stimulating and challenging teaching program offering our students lessons that are engaging, enjoyable, and thought-provoking.

Alumni story

KPS has been an adventure of a lifetime!

It has taught me so much, left me with many memories, and, most importantly, helped me through some hard times. When I finished reception, I cried because I had to leave for another school as there was no primary school back then.

I loved it when Mrs Oyaya, a teacher at KPS, read to us in the morning. Activities like this helped improve my spoken English so much that I was the most fluent reader in my class when I went to a new school.
KPS gave me such a good adventure that even as I entered JSS 1 in Zamani College, the KPS experience continued.

I will forever remember KPS; it will always have a special place in my heart.
